Le Petit Friday was born from the desire to capture that Friday feeling every day of the week. For us, it’s about taking the time to find the little delights in your day. What better way to celebrate than with some charcuterie, crudité, fromage and dessert? We love small things that have a big impact. One of the other greatest inspirations for us is the meaning and importance that food can have in our lives. Through stories and recipes, a lot of heart comes through when talking about the moments surrounding memorable meals. Talking to people about the why and the how they got to a place to make a recipe, who inspired it or what mistakes and wonderful discoveries they made along the way. As we develop more of shared content, we will keep all of our subscribers in the know and give you specific access to our growing content. Lexie Ruse is a classically trained chef with over 20 years of professional experience in all things food & hospitality. Her desire to create her own business came out of working with people over the years and realizing caring and helping others was her greatest joy. Through these professional and personal relationships her curiosity and growth were encouraged.  Le Petit Friday is a perfect coming together of honoring people and their love of food, their stories and recipes-plus, don’t forget the fromage and charcuterie along the way.
